Mad Hatters Tea

This cake was for my neice's 11thbirthday.  Her theme was Mad Hatters Tea Party.  The cake was vanilla sponge with whipped white chocolate ganache filling amd was covered in sugar paste.  I cheated on the  teapot and used a polystyrene ball instead of sponge!

These traditional vanilla sponge cupcakes were for a Mad Hatters themed tea at a well known hotel.  They were iced with deliciously decadent vanilla buttercream icing and topped with sugar paste decorations.
